Ottoman Warranty Policy:

At Ottoman, every product is custom-made to fit your car model with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. We want you to enjoy peace of mind when purchasing from us. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage, conditions, and process for making a warranty claim.
1. Warranty Coverage
Custom Car Mats
• Eco Series – 1 Year Warranty
• Classic Series – 3 Years Warranty
• Galaxy Series & Titanium Series – 5 Years Warranty
Custom Car Seat Covers
• Original Leatherette – 1 Year Warranty
• Nappa Leatherette – 3 Years Warranty
2. What Is Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by accidents, misuse, negligence, or exposure to sharp objects/chemicals
• Any modification or alteration made by third parties
• Incorrect order details provided by the customer (e.g. wrong model, variant, colour)
3. Customer Responsibility
Since all orders are custom-made by model, spec & colour, please ensure the details are correct at the time of order confirmation. Any errors or changes after confirmation may incur additional charges.
4. Warranty Claim Process
4.1 Submit Claim
• Contact our Customer Service via WhatsApp or email within the warranty period.
• Provide your order number, photos/videos of the issue, and a short description.
4.2 Assessment
• Our team will review the claim to determine if it qualifies as a warranty case.
• We may request inspection at our service centre if needed.
4.3 Resolution
• If approved, we will repair, replace, or provide an equivalent solution at no additional cost.
• Processing time may vary depending on availability of materials or stock.
⚠️ Important Clause: Each affected area (e.g. driver side piece of car mat, a specific seat cover section) can only be claimed once per year under warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability
• Ottoman is not liable for any indirect loss (e.g. inconvenience, transport costs, downtime of vehicle).
• Warranty is limited strictly to the product itself.
• Replacement under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
