Every set is CNC-cut for one model and wraps the footwell walls, the sills and the centre tunnel in one piece. A universal mat stops at the floor.

Coating layer
Iced coffee tips over on the way to school. It beads on the coating instead of soaking in, and one wipe with a cloth takes it off. 10 to 20 coating passes, depending on series.
Layer 2
Elevated edge leather layer
Diamond-pattern PU leather, hot-pressed onto the foam instead of quilted with thread, so the surface has no stitching to fray, split or let water through. Only the joins are hand-sewn. The edge rises up the footwell walls like a tray, and the whole mat, 4 to 8 mm thick, is pressed into one piece with everything below it.
Layer 3
Waterproof film
A wet umbrella drips all over the floor on a rainy day. The water sits on top, the raised edge holds it like a tray, and the film underneath keeps the factory carpet dry. Lift the mat, pour it out.
Layer 4
Foam core
Your heel sits on the same spot for every traffic jam. The foam core takes that pressure so the leather does not crease or wear through at the pedals.
Layer 5
Grip base
Hard braking, and the mat stays exactly where it was. The spider-leg burr backing grips the factory carpet and the raised 3D edge locks the mat into the footwell, so the driver's mat cannot ride up under the pedals.

What are the differences between the Classic, Galaxy, and Titanium series?
Although the 3 series are all made with high quality PU leather material, there are some key traits that separates the 3 series. Classic: This most popular design closely resembles the original leather texture, offering both affordability and practicality at the same time. Galaxy: With its sparkling design, it brings an enchanting view to your car interior and also a remarkable ability to hide dust and dirt. Titanium: Featuring carbon-fibre-like design gives not only the sleek and sporty appearance, it's also built to last as it's crafted with the highest compression production technology.
How do Ottoman Car Mats differ from other car mats options?
Being the unique one in Malaysia, we produce mats with stitchless hot-pressed industrial PU leather that surpass all other options in terms of its durability and solidity. In addition, Ottoman Car Mats provide the biggest 3D elevated coverage which is tailored specifically to every single car models.
How can I ensure the mat is tailored to my model or modified car?
To ensure accurate fitting of the car mat, our technical expert team will reach out personally to confirm the car models & variant after placing the order (except widely common car models without distinctive variants). For any modified cars (seater changes, woofer installed etc) and special recon cars, please contact the support via call/WhatsApp before placing order.
Can I DIY install the new mats without any tools?
Yes. As Ottoman Car Mats are custom-made specifically to every car models, DIY installation is easy without any tools or seat dismantling needed by following the following steps: Step 1: Remove all existing car floor mats. Step 2: Vacuum clean the dusts and dirt on the car floor. Step 3: Place the Ottoman Car Mats according to the car floor's shape. Step 4: Put additional tape/button for even better fitting if necessary (optional for certain car models).
Do you offer installation services?
We do provide free installation service at our branches upon appointment. For car mats it takes around 1-1.5 hours for us to clean your car floors and install the new mats properly. Seat covers are fitted the same day: about 1-2 hours for 2-seaters, 2-3 hours for 5-seaters, 3-4 hours for 7-seaters and continental cars, and 4-5 hours for MPVs.
How long will I receive my order?
Generally, the order lead time is around 7-10 working days. Seat Cover orders typically have a lead time of 7 working days (Priority Delivery) or 20 working days (Economy Delivery). Should there be any assistance required to track the order, please do not hesitate to contact support via call/WhatsApp.
Is special maintenance needed for Ottoman Car Mat due to its leather material?
Our mat is specifically produced to withstand Malaysia's climate and long lasting usage without the need of any special maintenance other than occasional general cleaning. It is not necessary to remove the Ottoman Car Mat for cleaning purposes — it can be conveniently cleaned by just vacuuming and wiping the mat surface.
Is there a warranty for all Ottoman products?
We do cover 1-5 years warranty for all Ottoman Car Mats series (1 year warranty for Eco Series, 3 years warranty for Classic Series, 5 years warranty for Galaxy & Titanium Series). Ottoman seat covers come with a 1 year warranty in Classic Leatherette and a 3 year warranty in Nappa Leatherette. The warranty covers all product defects as well as wear and tear on all parts (excluding cuts, industrial stains, and other intentional damage). There will be no warranty provided for our free gifts and merchandizes given.

I contacted them via whatssapp before i went to the shop. Charles informed me regarding the car mat option for my car. Since it is end of year, i got promo price which is so wonderful 🙂. After 2 weeks from date of booking, my mat arrived at their JB branch. Thus, i went to the shop for installation, which took around 30 minutes.
