Return and Exchange Policy
At Ottoman Malaysia, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that you are completely happy with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item, please read our Return and Exchange Policy below:
1. Initiating a Return or Exchange
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with the following details:
- Order number
- Reason for exchange or refund
- Item you wish to exchange or refund
2. Follow-up Email
Once we receive your email, we will send you a follow-up email containing all the necessary information to process your exchange or refund request. Please note that refunds will only be considered in the case of a defective product.
3. Return Condition
To ensure a successful return or exchange, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- Items should be returned unused, clean, unmodified, and in their original packaging, including all product tags.
- All returned goods will undergo inspection, and any item that does not meet the above criteria may be returned to you.
- Ottoman reserves the right to refuse any exchanges or refunds if the returned products are in unsatisfactory condition.
4. Refund/Exchange Processing
For manufacturing defects, you may return the item within 7 days of receipt for either a refund or exchange. Please allow us up to 30 days to process your refund or exchange request.
5. Shipping Costs
Please note that the cost of returning the product will be at the customer's expense and responsibility. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. However, if our Ottoman specialist sent you a product with the wrong specifications, we will bear the costs of your return shipping as well as the shipping charges for delivering the correct product to you.
6. Non-Acceptable Reasons for Return/Refund
We do not accept the following reasons as grounds for return/refund:
- Placing wrong orders on car mats from our website
- Personal driving habits or car modifications that deviate from the original car factory specifications
7. Responsibility for Return Package
You are responsible for the condition of the return package until it reaches our warehouse. Please ensure that your return package is securely wrapped to prevent any damage during transit. Ottoman Malaysia will not be held responsible for items that are returned to us in error.
